Seiya and his six companions, seven in all, who came to a lakeside auto-camping ground, get lost in the forest and, as if drawn by something, arrive at a strange mansion. There's a presence but no visible master, and as bizarre phenomena begin, the seven start to panic... and at last the first victim appears... Giant larvae crawling over a woman's body, women violated by mysterious masked men... And what is the true identity of the mysterious beauty Maya, who finally appears...?
Our take
A horror-leaning fantasy hentai anime set in a mansion reached from a lakeside campsite, released as the first half of the two-part Kurohime OVA.
The art is early-2000s cel work with thick outlines and hard two-tone shadows, and the palette carries the shift in setting: a bright sky-blue campsite gives way to green-tinted gloom indoors. Masked figures and an oversized larva are drawn without shortcuts. The cover heroine has waist-length black hair, a red ribbon tie, and white mist behind her.
As part one, the mansion owner and the mysterious woman are held for the closing stretch. Check the samples to see if the period art style suits you.
