Story
Having released the demon-world ogres from the dark dimension, Amanojaku is ordered to atone by searching the human world for the Super God. Along the way come fierce battles against the Five of the Demon World, dispatched by Genyoki, who is likewise seeking the Super God. At a university hospital in Yokohama, Tsuchikakuryu and Seigenki stand in Amanojaku's way. Amanojaku wins at a perilous moment, but the Socrates the demon-world crew had marked at that hospital turns out to be — of all things — a chimpanzee. Why this ape? Meanwhile, the boxer Ozaki, stricken with an incurable brain tumor, visits a fortune-teller his mistress Rei told him about. That fortune-teller is Akemi Ito, a mysterious beautiful girl who reigns over a Yokohama biker gang...
Our take
THE UROTSUKI chapter 2 is a dark fantasy hentai anime of demons and tentacles, produced in 2002 under the Heavy Water label. The package announces the return of the Urotsukidoji line, and the copyright credit carries the name Toshio Maeda.
The palette runs dark: black and deep crimson, with burning orange curves winding through the frame, a pale night skyline outside a hospital window, and interiors collapsing into shadow. Demons are built from horns and fangs, humans from soft rounded outlines.
