Karte.6 of Yakin Byoutou, a nurse hentai anime series that kept adding numbered entries. The package credits Mink as the original work, sets this one a year after the previous ending, and lists Mikage Yuu as Nanase Koi.
The art is early-2000s cel work: two-step shading with hard shadow edges, pale yellow-green walls, steel fixtures, a hospital palette held to few colors. On the cover only the pink nurse cap and white thigh-highs are bright, and that contrast lifts the figure off the background.
