Story
Etsuko Yamanobe, the flagship anchor of Tokyo Flower TV, was first-rate in judgment and analysis alike, and was called the anchor among anchors. Then one day, a hostage barricade incident occurs. A man fired from the financial company where he worked has, in retaliation, broken into the company president's home, taken the president's daughter hostage, and holed up. Etsuko, who was broadcasting the incident, says she will go to the scene and negotiate with the man. What is the full picture of the broadcast that this unconventional female news anchor carries out, using every possible means...!?

A news anchor at the center of a hostage standoff gives this 2000s hentai anime OVA its hook. Etsuko does not stay behind the desk; the story pushes her out to the scene, microphone in hand.
