Realizing that Hideyuki — the director's only son — has seen her having sex with Kamiya, Satsuki chases after him as he walks off, trying to explain the situation. But he snaps, "I'm so disappointed in you. Doing something like that with a patient!" Stung by his tone, Satsuki fires back with something she heard from Naho, then flees the scene. Left behind, Hideyuki stands there dumbfounded. And Midori, who happened to be passing by, witnessed the whole scene between the two... Meanwhile, Naho, whose stomach is upset, ends up being examined by Takebayashi in internal medicine. She still didn't know he was the "Enema Doctor." She falls neatly into his trap and gets some naughty things done to her in the bargain. But having taken a liking to his perverted play, she promptly switches her affections from Hideyuki to Takebayashi...
Our take
The second half of a hospital-set nurse hentai anime from the early Vanilla Series catalog. The jacket keeps the classic palette, white cap, pink uniform, white stockings, with the nurse seen from behind holding a chart.
The art is pure 4:3 era cel work: firm outlines, two-step shading, and characters color-coded so the green-haired doctor and the pink-cardigan nurse read instantly in dim ward interiors. Blush lines across the cheeks carry the emotion.
