Gyaru transformation is the entire hook of this hentai anime, the closing half of Natsuyasumi Ake no Kanojo wa. The package states it outright: a poised honor student who shifts from white to black across one summer.
The art carries that claim. Tanned skin takes broad white highlights, blonde twintails are tied with ribbons, and classroom scenes sink into orange backlight, so before and after are separated by palette alone rather than by dialogue.
