Story
Full of heart-fluttering romance, a bittersweet, quintessential school-days youth romance. Along the tree-lined path to the school building, the students head to class. Akihito Hayasaka is set to attend the prestigious, storied young-ladies' school "St. Francesca Academy," which went co-ed this spring. But his class is all girls!! It's practically a harem situation!? Overwhelmed by the sheer density of females, Akihito nonetheless gets used to his new life, and the kendo he's taken up again after a long while is bracing him fiercely in body and spirit. Then, around mid-spring, an incident suddenly occurs...
Our take
Episode 4 of Ane Chanto Shiyou Yo puts the whole Hiiragi household on screen, and the back of the sleeve lines up all six by name, which signals ensemble comedy.
Character design does the sorting by hair color alone: silver, navy, blonde, red, purple and blue-green. The cover pushes the red-haired one forward with blue ribbons and green eyes against a pale room. Lines are thin, and emotion is carried by flushed cheeks and open mouths in bright cel color.
