Story
Sugiura, in charge of the nurses' health examinations, strips Nanami naked and comes on to her. When Nanami resists, he plays her a voice recording, robs her of her freedom, and attacks her relentlessly. At first Nanami resisted, but she gradually discovers herself drowning in the pleasure. Meanwhile, Kagemoto, who is scheming Sugiura's downfall, finds among his own home's documents a newspaper article about Sugiura's older sister, and learns of an old incident from before the director opened his practice. "With this, this hospital is mine." Kagemoto dances a little jig in his shabby room. After Nanami, the next to receive Sugiura's health examination was Sango. Kissed gently by Sugiura, whom she had admired, Sango surrenders everything to him. "Doctor, I want to become a fine nurse who cares about her patients, just like you." Reacting to those words, Sugiura shows a flinch in his vengeful heart. They were the very words he had said to his mother when he resolved to pursue medicine after his sister died. On Sunday, Sugiura summons Nanami to his home, records their perverted play on video, and the next day orders her to make her rounds while wearing a vibrator...
Our take
A Vanilla Series hospital drama that never leaves the building. Examination rooms, corridors and a rooftop behind chain-link fencing repeat until the setting feels closed.
Two nurses anchor the design, one in pale pink hair and one in mint green, and the gap between white coat and pink uniform does the compositional work. The cover is a single profile shot carried by lowered lashes and a flush along the cheek. The 2004 cel work is 4:3, credited to Roof and to Aim on direction.
As the later volume, it moves the relationships set up earlier. The samples show the color coding and the change in expression.
