Story

Kate had an idea about the monster that Fuwa had seen. It was the curse of a heretical cult she'd once read about in a book. The monster had been made to appear by a follower of that cult who thought ill of him. The previous sister must have noticed something and left words that would serve as a clue. "In any case, there's no doubt that a heretical power is at work here." Fuwa and Kate shut themselves in the archive to investigate the clues. And from an ancient text they learned something: those most susceptible to the heretical cult's influence are holy virgins, and the stronger a person's spiritual sensitivity, the more readily symptoms appear.
