Story
About a month and a half has passed since Masato and Chihiro broke up while both misunderstanding each other. Masato thought that things with Chihiro were over. No, he was trying to convince himself of it. But a new encounter awaited him. Miku Hayasaka. She was always walking her dog, and Masato would occasionally spot her. But one day, she was alone. She'd carelessly let go of the leash and her dog had run off. Masato searches for the dog together with her, and they somehow catch it, but the two of them fall over and get completely covered in mud. Miku goes to Masato's house, takes a shower, and changes clothes...
Our take
Vanilla Series romance: KISS Yori... Chapter 3 restarts the thread after the earlier falling-out, with a new girl entering the picture and a cover line about catching a heart setting the register.
The art is cel-era work, and the package is printed as a 1999 production. Outlines are thick and even, eyes carry several highlight dots, and the palette rests on pastel pink and mint green. The twin-tailed heroine with yellow ribbons and the blonde girl with hair clips are separated cleanly by design.
The back cover carries a still with a line about being new to this and asking to be treated gently. Look at the samples for the texture of that era.
