In a town targeted by the evil organization Zaideag, Yui, chosen as the lone justice heroine Pony Ceres, fights alone. Today too she sets her heart of justice ablaze and battles evil! But when a being claiming to be a Zaideag executive and a powerful monster appear, Pony Ceres is in a huge pinch! Bound by threads of spider silk, Pony Ceres has her first time stolen in front of the person she cares about, and is left utterly helpless! What on earth will happen?! Pony Ceres! Yui Morisaki faces off against the evil organization Zaideag. Her body emits a dazzling light and clads itself in a holy garment.
Our take
A transforming heroine story played straight, adapted from the SUKIYAKING original as episode 1. Yui Morisaki, an ace of the karate club, faces the evil organisation Zeiderg as Pony Celes.
Saturation runs high. A red ponytail, white and red battle vestments and gold trim stand out against a pink and purple field, while white spider silk crosses the whole cover and pulls the eye inward. Irises are painted with visible gradients and tears catch hard points of light.
The package names it as the first chapter of a spider web arc. The samples show how the costume detail holds up alongside the sailor uniform side character.
