Story
Rune is summoned to a grand mansion by its young lady, Mei, to treat her illness. Mei's illness is that she cannot control the desires of her futanari body. Having used her own body to quell that desire, Rune sets out for Grow Pass to make a better medicine. What she meets there is a monster — a Cyclops...
Our take
Rune's Pharmacy Vol.2 continues the animated take on the PICOPICOSOFT RPG, following an elf apothecary whose house calls are unusual by any standard. Her patient here is a young mistress whose futanari body will not settle.
Rune anchors the design: pink hair, long ears, a full figure and an open smile that never quite registers how strange the work is. Mansion scenes stay candy-toned, then the palette cools once she sets out for Glow Pass, where a cyclops waits.
Treatment and journey alternate at a steady clip, so the monster and fantasy registers both fit inside one short piece. The samples are the quickest way onto Tiara Island.
