Story
A peaceful village, visited by Jaida, a witch-in-training. Into this tranquil countryside where small hardships and small joys repeat, a terrifying horde of goblins suddenly attacks. "Th-this wasn't how it was supposed to be...!" Though she's a witch, Jaida is still only an apprentice, and she loses her grip on her one hope, her grimoire, and is caught by the goblins with no resistance. Her small body is violated by a mutant variant goblin of enormous size, and with no means of escape, all she can do now is scream and cry. She conceives, gives birth—but it doesn't end there. The violation of Jaida continues again and again. Days of being raped by the goblins over and over. It didn't take much time for Jaida's mind to reach its limit. In time, Jaida will come to know the joy of becoming a mother... An apprentice witch who can't use magic stands frozen in place. The goblin's enormous 'that' pierces her small body. Her despairing heart eventually turns into the joy of becoming a mother.
Our take
Fantasy and monster territory from the other side: Goblin no Suana returns for a second episode centered on Jayda, an apprentice witch moving between a quiet village and the caves below.
Amber cave light floods the cover, and her teal hood and red skirt sit against it as complements. Jayda is drawn with rose hair, gold eyes and a red gem clasp, while the green-skinned goblin gets heavier lines and creased, coarse forms so the two textures never blur together.
As the second entry in the series, the detail of a novice who has lost hold of her grimoire keeps the world logic intact. Check the samples for the color work in the fire-lit cuts.
