Our take
The closing chapter of a long-running OVA line set at the St. ARCADIA academy. The back of the package states that this is the sixth OVA entry and the finale.
The look is pure 2000s cel animation. Main lines are thick, shadow steps are few, and skin gradation stays shallow. The cover pairs a blonde woman in a long braid with a blue-haired one against stone academy architecture, and the background art leans realist western-mansion. Samples stay in corridors and dim halls, with warm lighting pulled down so contrast carries.
