Our take
An original fantasy animation on a sword and sorcery stage, labelled as such on the package. Backgrounds are temple pillars sunk in teal shadow, and the blonde of the lead is the only note allowed to stay bright.
Elis is designed around gold armour plating, a crimson scarf and a red ribbon, with metal and skin given equal sheen. Her face holds a knight's composure and a crack of hesitation in one frame, a hero whose posture slips while the drawing stays precise.
