Story

Kuroinu is dark fantasy first and adult anime second, and this entry keeps its war-chronicle frame: a blonde knight, a fallen fortress, a mercenary company holding the ground.
The art rewards a close look. Linework is fine, blonde hair is shaded in narrow ribbon highlights, and skin sits in a warm yellow-leaning tone against green-tinted interior shadow. Stone walls and timber framing give the rooms weight, while armor is the only surface allowed a hard metallic glint.
