Honda Shuichi, an utterly ordinary salaryman, was living happy days with his beloved wife Nanami. But amid his life with Nanami, out of trivial pride, Shuichi had one dissatisfaction he hadn't told her. It was about the handsome man living in the neighboring apartment, Shinagawa Claude. Nanami thought she was just being neighborly, but Shuichi hated the very fact that she communicated with Shinagawa at all. One day, Shuichi is invited to a brothel by a coworker. Sulking with self-centered jealousy toward Nanami, Shuichi lets himself be led into the establishment. In the cheerful, free-spirited, kind personality and voluptuous body of the sex worker Kosaka Akiko, Shuichi glimpses a woman's lewd side different from Nanami's. That night, Nanami wants him, but Akiko's face flickers in his mind, and Shuichi's thing wilts and becomes useless. And then, an image sent to Nanami's cell phone shows Shuichi coming out of the brothel arm in arm with Akiko... A few days later, at night. In the passenger seat of Shinagawa's car sat Nanami, her face flushed red from drink... The precious, happy days spill mercilessly from his hands. The trigger was a small... truly small jealousy and momentary impulse... *No bonus footage is included.
Our take
Netorare hentai anime built on jealousy rather than surprise, the third OVA in the Sore demo Tsuma o Aishiteru line. The cover stages the triangle in one frame: the wife held by the neighbor, the husband frozen in the doorway.
The art uses heavy skin highlights and thick outlines. Long black hair for the wife against a short blue bob for the other woman means one frame tells you whose hours you are watching. Backgrounds stay domestic, rooms and hallways lit from daylight to lamp glow.
Expressions and pauses carry more here than dialogue. Watch the eyes, the mouth, the hands, and let the samples show whether that weight suits you.
