Story
'Yeah, you're doing it right. You've grown.' Praised by his admired senior Miyuki, Shinsuke. Since his rookie days she carefully guided him, and encouraged by her thoughtfulness he came to admire her and hold feelings for her. That woman has lately been working remotely from home, meetings across the net. Just as he was happy to catch a glimpse of her home, on the screen she forgot to turn off he saw something... Her unbecoming figure that mustn't be known. Unable to help himself, he takes her to a hotel. Shinsuke overwrites her, hammering into the married senior as if to tear her apart. Miyuki lets it overflow without resistance, as if she has given up. What awaits the two, who plunge in as if losing themselves to the fleeting union, is...
Our take
A restrained adult drama built around an admired senior at work. The cover explains the premise before the story does, with a wedding ring still on her left hand and fingertips placed as if to hide it.
The palette runs cool the whole way, a blue bob against pale lavender lingerie, the bedroom dropped into gray and violet shadow. Expressions stay small, lowered eyes, parted lips, a thin wash of red across the cheeks, and the fall of the white blouse and the highlights on skin are drawn with care.
