Our take
Ero Ishi keeps everything inside a single infirmary, and the confined setting lets the art direction carry it. Reina reads mature, with long dark-brown hair; Ayano is pink-haired and far more mobile in expression.
The jacket sets a white shirt and black star-print lingerie against pastel curtains in mint and pink, using black as the only strong accent in a pale palette. Eyes carry oversized highlights, and the gap between an upward glance and lowered lids is worked over and over.
As an original animation from this label, it stacks small changes of expression inside one room. The pale color design is easy to see in the samples.
