Story

Private Kibitsu Academy... a famous prep school that gathers students excellent in every field. It looks glamorous with its high proportion of female students, but behind the scenes it harbored numerous problems. One of them is a self-governing group called the 'Gakusei-kai (Sacred Student Council)' that controls the academy. Kyoichiro Hinase, who attends this academy, lost his parents when young but had lived happily with Saki, his stepsister who is also a teacher. However, Saki is raped by a member of the Sacred Student Council and falls into a state of mental breakdown. As Kyoichiro laments that he couldn't save his beloved Saki, someone calls out to him. It is Yamiko Shiraishi, a school nurse who calls herself a 'dark auditor of public security.' Setting out with Yamiko to avenge Saki, Kyoichiro discovers that the three main figures of the 'Sacred Student Council', 'Jun Kotobishima,' 'Sora Muguchi,' and 'Wakana Manabe', are involved in the incident. To start with, Kyoichiro inflicts punishment on 'Jun Kotobishima,' who works as a popular idol, leaving her covered in semen, and draws out information on the sports genius 'Sora Muguchi.' Kyoichiro inflicts a punishment called gang-rape on 'Sora Muguchi.' He corners her to the very brink of making her regret the incident, but the desperate 'Sora Muguchi' carries out a forced love-suicide with the male teacher she has feelings for. One remains. Kyoichiro keeps dealing out fierce punishment to the student council president, 'Wakana Manabe.' But Wakana, who has strong masochistic traits, stubbornly refuses to admit her wrongs.
