Story

A sudden blast strikes the sightseeing bus carrying the second-year students of Kyowa Academy on their school trip. When Hiroshi Okura, who had passed out in the dim bus, wakes up, the teachers and classmates who should be there have vanished. Together with his best friend Yuki Kobayashi, the only other one left on the bus, he gets off to investigate the accident and search for Arisu Hayami, the girl he has feelings for. The lively townscape they had seen during free time on the school trip has transformed into a scene of collapsed buildings and a rotting stench. Okura and Kobayashi feel something is off. Just then, a woman's scream is heard from a maid cafe. Inside the ruined shop, two women in maid outfits are being violated by two male students of Kyowa Academy. Both male students have red eyes. They rescue the two maids and flee in separate directions, split into two pairs of a man and a woman. Okura and his maid flee to a park. The red-eyed maid suddenly begins to crave Okura's body.
