Story
The five of them—Arisa Katagiri, Hikaru Tsumura, Miho Sonoda, Junpei Katagiri, and Tomonori Abe—are trapped in a strange space by a mysterious being called Ruler that emerged from a smartphone. There, they can't get out unless they clear the games Ruler presents. The game's content is to shoot a satisfying adult video. Abe, handed a mysterious script in which whatever is written comes true, gleefully completes one adult video. But Ruler, not satisfied with just one, urges Abe to shoot more. Abe reluctantly finishes writing a script, and the second adult video begins. When Junpei wakes up, his leg is in a cast and he's been laid down on a bed. The one approaching such Junpei is Hikaru in a nurse's outfit. Ignoring Junpei, who's shocked at his classmate's never-before-seen appearance, Hikaru bares his chest and strokes it. Hikaru is bewildered by the words and actions that come out regardless of her own will. What is written in the script is absolute, and there was nothing Hikaru could do. Her heart's resistance in vain, Hikaru's hand reaches toward Junpei's crotch...

Costume range is the draw. The cover lines up three designs, a green haired girl in bunny ears and a navy school swimsuit, a pink haired nurse, and a purple haired girl in ribbed knit. Saturation is high, pink and violet lead, outlines are thick, and eye colors are split green, brown and gold.
