Story
Hanako, who met a tragic death and became an earthbound spirit unable to rest in peace, is united with Okuda, a teacher resembling her first love, and is freed from her binding curse. She should now be able to spend her days freely with the Okuda she loves, but Hanako's expression was gloomy. Seeing this, Sadako calls on Hasshaku-san and Mary-chan to solve the problem. The apparitions all gather together. And they carry out an operation to solve Hanako's worries.
Our take
The sixth entry in the Toshi Densetsu (Urban Legend) hentai anime series, which redraws Japanese school ghost stories as moe characters. Hanako of the toilet, Sadako, Hachishakusama and Mary all end up around the same low table.
Line work is thin and even, the palette pale pink and cream, and the setting is domestic: green tatami, a round table, afternoon light. Blonde hair with red suspenders, tall long black hair, a gym uniform with white socks, costume alone separates them. Only the night-alley shot cuts the colour count for a proper ghost-story frame.
