Story
Mio Yunoki serves as student council president at a school of high standards in both academics and sports. She spends busy but enjoyable days with her childhood friend Rinka Ayukawa, her cousin Yui Ikoma, and her admiring junior on the student council, Konomi Asahina. Because her parents work mainly overseas, they are almost never home, but with the live-in housekeeper Shiori Toya, she was never lonely. She and Shiori think of each other like sisters, sharing a family-like relationship. Mio spends fulfilling days. But one day, an unexpected misfortune befalls her.
Our take
The first half of a two-part school hentai anime from Mary Jane, subtitled Ubawareta Nichijou. Adapted from the Guilty title Toriko no Kusari, it follows a student council president whose ordinary days change color.
The cover runs a violet to magenta gradient with a chain motif over it and a tagline about days of shame in large type. Navy long hair against deep red, plaid skirts, black thigh-highs and a yellow ribbon as the accent color give the pair a clear read.
The reverse side is packed with small stills, showing an almost entirely indoor stage. If schoolgirl casts and virgin storylines are your axis, the samples show the art at size.
