Episode 2 of Lune Pictures' gyaru schoolgirl series, adapted from Natsuzakura's doujin, puts a quiet couple opposite three loud classmates.
Color does the casting work here. Blonde, pink and silver hair mark the gyaru trio, while the lead couple stay in black hair and a plain headband, so the balance of any frame is readable at a glance. The cover girl wears a navy blazer, a red ribbon, a plaid skirt and dark brown over knee socks against a pink bedroom.
As a numbered sequel it escalates from the first volume instead of restarting. The samples show the bright coloring and the range of expressions.
