Story

From the hugely popular OVA 'Mucha-kai Development Diary' series, the sequel to Mako-chan's Development Diary finally arrives, having built up much anticipation! Through her stepbrother's scheme, Makoto had her virginity taken right in front of her boyfriend. 'My first time with my boyfriend... this will be my real first experience...' Believing that, Makoto tries her false first time with her boyfriend, but Makoto, already broken in by her stepbrother, could hardly be satisfied by sex with her boyfriend... *This release does not include an alternate audio track. *This release does not include bonus footage.

Our take

Mako-chan Kaihatsu Nikki 3 continues a spin-off of the Yumechakai Kaihatsu Nikki OVA line, released under Lune Pictures, with that lineage printed large across the package.

The palette is pastel: white and cream bedding, pink at the cheeks. Mako's purple bob and violet eyes never sink into that soft ground, so the eye returns to her face, and skin highlights are laid on glossy and wide.

Tension comes from a third presence near a scene with her boyfriend, carried entirely by shifts in expression rather than by anything said. Watch where her eyes go in the samples.
